1.ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS: All electrical items come with a 30 day warranty, unless stipulated otherwise in writing. All electrical items are replacement warranty only, NO REFUNDS given on electrical items.

Panels are sold as inspected, the onus is on the buyer when purchasing panels based on colour, no colours are guaranteed to be a perfect match, choice of colour is the full responsibility of the customer, returns due to wrong colour are done so at the buyers expense,

In the event a part was supplied by a third party also known as “special ordered” as shown on invoice all claims and court actions must be directed to the third party supplier, in regard to the parts, labour, loss of income & general loss claims – If you do not agree to this you have 10 day cooling off period to return or cancel your item or cancel the service at no additional charge, after the ten day cooling period you have agreed to the above terms and conditions & therefore released “the company” from all forms of liability for the parts, labour, future repairs , loss of income, pain and suffering, implied loss’s, any losses what’s so ever.
